White Penja pepper – Djansang -Country – onion – Pele -Esese -Dry shrimp
Using
For your embers, add to this seasoning, salt, dried shrimp, leek, garlic, onion and a little oil, mix everything and brush and marinate for at least 40 minutes. For your roasts, broth and sauce add your seasoning 10 minutes before the end of cooking.
Preservation
Store at ambient temperature, in a dry place and protected from humidity. Close tightly after use.
