Epices de Mami Tiè by Tich Agro & Packaging Industry

Ingredients

  • 600 g ground meat
  • 1 onion
  • oil
  • 250 ml tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mami Tiè meat marinade
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp ground garlic
  • parsley
  • flavoured salt
  • pepper

Shape your meatballs. In a saucepan, brown the peeled onion and sliced in a drizzle of oil. Add the meatballs and fried over medium heat on all sides. Add the tomato sauce and marinade and cook for 5 min. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley and serve it ready to feast.
