Ingredients
- 600 g ground meat
- 1 onion
- oil
- 250 ml tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mami Tiè meat marinade
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 1 tbsp ground garlic
- parsley
- flavoured salt
- pepper
Shape your meatballs. In a saucepan, brown the peeled onion and sliced in a drizzle of oil. Add the meatballs and fried over medium heat on all sides. Add the tomato sauce and marinade and cook for 5 min. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley and serve it ready to feast.
