Ingredients
- 1kg of fish
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp Warm Mami Ground Ginger
- 20g of njansan
- 1 case of Mami Tiè fish marinade
- 1 sprig basil
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Water
- 2 peppers
Preparation
Peel, empty and cut your fish into steaks. Put them in a saucepan, salt and set aside.
Finely crush your spices and tomatoes.
Put the fish pieces at the bottom of the pan and pour the tomato mixture and crushed spices then oil
Add water until fish is covered, mix and cook over low heat
Cook gently for 20 minutes. Adjust the seasoning, salt, pepper and cook again for 5 minutes.
Serve hot with rice.
