Ingredients
- 400g Beef tenderloin
- 2 bell peppers
- 3gousses Garlic
- 2 onions
- 20cl Table oil
- 3tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1teaspoon Sweet mustard
- 3tbsp Mami Warm Meat Marinade
- Warm Mami Flavored Salt
- 1 tablespoon Kankan Mami Tiè soup
- 1 tablespoon Mami Tiè ground dried chilli
- Warm Mami White Pepper
Preparation
Mix the beef fillet cut into cubes in a terrine with two cloves of chopped garlic, marinade and flavoured salt. Add a spoonful of balsamic vinegar, 15 cl of oil and pepper. Mix and marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Wash the peppers and onions, cut them into 1.5 cm thick slices. In a bowl, mix 2 spoons. vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and a clove of chopped garlic. Whisk in the remaining oil to emulsify. Drain the meat. Wet the wooden skewers. Thread the meat cubes alternately with the pepper pieces and onion rings. Grill the skewers for 7 to 8 min, turning them on each side and basting them with the marinade. Serve hot with the sauce.
